Crossroads for Women is a remarkable organization providing comprehensive, integrated services to support women working to break the cycle of homelessness and incarceration and achieve healthy, stable, and self-sufficient lives in the community for themselves and their children. This organization was the recipient of a 24hr CreateAthon, where they are the proud and happy new owners of a fresh logo, along with print collateral and a new website to be launched in a couple months.
The idea behind the logo is to represent the cycle that these women are breaking while making powerful transformations to put these women on a healthy track, and build a positive foundation for their lives.
CreateAthon was an event hosted by AIGA New Mexico and Code4ABQ, where 10 non-profits received design services from teams of creatives and developers to help clarify their message, give them a fresh look and feel, as well as hand over something that the non-profits can manage themselves. More details to come on this amazing event in the nearest future, along with the ‘Crossroads for Women’ team who played important roles to make this transformation happen, right here at Design5sixty4.
